Capstone Developments was founded in 2013 by Krishan Pattni to provide a high standard of bespoke construction and refurbishment services to residential and commercial customers in London and surrounding areas. Before starting Capstone Developments, Krishan recognised the need for quality build services due to the lack of consistent standards, adequate level of communication and consistent pricing in the construction industry. Seeing an opportunity, he made the bold move to leave his job in finance, formed a company and started working on residential projects with a small team.

Often in a hands-on and project management role, Krishan built up Capstone’s reputation as a reliable company that listens to customers and provides ideas based on experience and best-practise. Through word-of-mouth, the company has grown rapidly and now has the capacity to take on larger residential and commercial projects but without sacrificing the personal touch. Today, Krishan oversees all Capstone’s projects assisted by his trusted team.
